These terms apply to the Luxmy Driving School website operated by Luxmy Pty Ltd (ACN 58 692 814 556). Booking-specific terms are confirmed separately when a lesson is arranged.
General information only
The website describes services and intended service areas. It does not guarantee lesson availability, a particular instructor, pickup from every address, a test outcome or vehicle availability for a driving test.
Rates and appointments
Current rates, lesson duration, payment arrangements and appointment times must be confirmed directly. An enquiry does not create a booking. A booking exists only after Luxmy confirms it.
Promotional offer
Free one-hour lesson package offer
Book ten one-hour lessons together as one package and receive one additional one-hour lesson at no extra charge. The package therefore provides eleven lesson hours instead of ten.
- The ten paid lessons and the free lesson must be booked for the same learner.
- The package, lesson dates, pickup arrangements and free lesson are subject to Luxmy confirming availability.
- The free lesson has no cash value and cannot be exchanged for a refund or transferred to another person.
- The normal cancellation and rescheduling conditions apply to every lesson in the package, including the free lesson.
- The offer cannot be combined with another promotion unless Luxmy confirms otherwise in writing.
- Luxmy may change or withdraw the offer before a package booking is confirmed.
Service areas
The listed suburbs show Luxmy’s intended service coverage. Travel schedules, traffic, the requested time and other bookings may affect whether pickup can be offered.
